The proposed development includes 5-star hotels of international standards, condotels, residential condominiums and mountain family villas. The open area will feature facilities for picnics and campsites, rock climbing, aviary, eco parks, simulated river pool, lighted trellised walks, forest parks and view decks, with golf carts as means of transport within the resort.
Studies estimate the total project cost at Php 5.01 Billion, although only Php 1.3 Billion may be required initially. In a 25-year operation, the project is estimated to yield a gross revenue of Php 27.2 billion and a net income of Php 9.6 Billion.

The master plan for the Project is the work of leading Filipino city planners, architects and structural engineers with vast international experience.

Filipiniana Tagaytay has been issued clearances and approvals by:
* Presidential Commission on Taal Tagaytay (PCTT)
* Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO)
* Protected Area Management Board (PAMB)
* Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)
* Housing & Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB)
(for the Development Permit & License to Sell)

The requisite Hydro-Ecological Investigation into Water Systems, Soil Tests, and Boring Studies have also been completed.

The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has granted a pre-qualification clearance for the declaration of the Project as a Tourism Zone.

Land value is Php 1.3 Billion Development Cost to be funded via development loan. Expected grosss revenue for the whole project is about Php 27.2 Billion with an estimated net income of Php 9.6 Billion.
